چکیده

Abstract X-ray detection limit and sensitivity are important figure of merits for perovskite detectors, but literatures lack a valid mathematic expression determining the lower detector. In this work, we present thorough analysis new method determination based on statistical model that correlates dark current induced photocurrent with limit. The can be calculated through measurement an easy-to-follow practice. Alternatively, may also obtained by when repeatedly lowering dose rate. While material quality is critical, show device architecture working mode have significant influence Our work establishes fair comparison metrics detector development.

X-Ray Data Booklet Section 4.5 X-RAY DETECTORS

A wide variety of x-ray detectors is available, some counting single photons, some providing only measurements of count rate or total flux, others measuring the energy, position, and/or incidence time of each x-ray. Table 4-2 provides typical values for useful energy range, energy resolution, dead time per event, and maximum count rate capability for common x-ray detectors. For special applicat...

Evaluation of multifunctional targeted gold nanoparticles on X-ray attenuation in nasopharyngeal cancer cells by X- ray imaging

Introduction: Head-and-neck cancer is the sixth most common cancer worldwide with the number of cases consistently increasing in developing countries. Successful development of effective, safe and cost effective nanoprobes for head-and-neck cancer targeting imaging is a big challenge. This study is aimed to develop cysteamine-folate conjugated gold nanoparticles (F-Cys-AuNPs) a...
